At Pink Seagull Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for a Refund:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Custom Orders: Please note that custom or personalized shadow boxes are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Return the Item: Once your return is approved, send the item back to us in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  3. Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 14 for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
